1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QSignals ("the Service"), operated at qsignals.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QSignals is an AI-powered stock analysis platform that provides real-time market data, AI-generated educational analysis, portfolio tracking, and market data tools. The Service is available through web browsers and as an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) on desktop and mobile devices.

The Service offers both a free tier with limited features and a paid "Pro" subscription with additional AI analysis capabilities.

3. User Accounts

Account creation and authentication is handled through Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are available at $9.99/month or $99.99/year. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period, after which your account downgrades to the free tier automatically.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QSignals, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of QSignals and are protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated analysis outputs are provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

AI-generated analysis, opinion scores, technical signals, and portfolio insights are produced by large language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. These outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.

QSignals and Q LLC are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners. QSignals is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any state securities regulatory authority. No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service.

Stock data is sourced from Yahoo Finance and may be delayed or inaccurate. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QSignals and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

QSignals is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of this platform, including losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated analysis or signals.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of stock data, AI-generated analysis, or any other content provided through the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access, crawl, or extract data from the Service, other than through the QSignals API with your own API key as described in Section 10.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content, data, or AI-generated analysis from QSignals.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Circumvent or disable any security features, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

10. API and AI Agent Access

QSignals offers an API, including an MCP server for AI assistants, that you can use with API keys created at qsignals.ai/developers. If you use the API:

• Keys are personal. API keys belong to your account. Keep them secret and do not share or publish them. You are responsible for all use made with your keys.
• Usage limits. Daily call limits and other limits are published on the developers page and apply per account, across all of your keys. We may change these limits at any time.
• Permitted use. You may use API results for your own personal research, including inside your own AI assistant, scripts, or internal tools.
• No redistribution. Without a separate written agreement with Q LLC, you may not display, publish, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make API results available to anyone else. This includes public or commercial apps, websites, newsletters, datasets, other APIs or MCP servers, and datasets used to train machine-learning models. To discuss a commercial license, contact us.
• Not financial advice. API results are subject to Section 6 and are provided for informational purposes only.
• Suspension. We may suspend or revoke API keys, limit access, or change or discontinue the API at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or activity that harms the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Q LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted after termination.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
